Guides to Practitioner's Remuneration
The Association of Business Recovery Professionals in conjunction with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales have issued for the benefit of creditors a number of guides regarding Insolvency Practitioner's Remuneration. The guides set out the information which must be provided to creditors, to enable them to make an informed decision when approving the basis of remuneration to be adopted. The guides also state what information should be provided by the Insolvency Practitioner during the course of the insolvency assignment - generally but not exclusively when providing reports to creditors.
The various guides available for you to download are:
- Guide to Fees for Liquidations
- Guide to Fees for Administrations
- Guide to Fees for Bankruptcies
- Guide to fees for Voluntary Arrangements
The documents are presented in Portable Document Format (PDF) In order to read these documents, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader Software installed on your computer. If you do not have this software, please click here to download it.
